presidents remarks to the CIA 4/20/2009

I've decided to start a new little project. I've always been interested in Leon Panetta. He's a Santa Clara alumnus....well enough said......that makes him interesting enough to follow. Anyhow, here's my little first dive. 

President Obama is in a tough bind. How do you simultaneously undo what Bush has allowed to happen while keeping moral up at the CIA? How does Leon Panetta manage an agency with surely faltering moral after Obama allows the release of the interogation letters?
